Welcome to Spare Mover (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using sparemover.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
1) General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms:
By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
1.3 Business Information:
Spare Mover is a venture of My Milky Way and operates in India. Our contact details are provided in Section 12.
2) Products & Product Information
2.1 Product Descriptions:
We try to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, there may be minor differences due to batch variations, manufacturing changes, screen settings, or supplier updates. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.
2.2 Compatibility Disclaimer:
Many spare parts require technical installation. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their device model before purchase. Improper installation or handling may cause damage and may void eligibility for return/refund.
2.3 Pricing:
All prices are listed in INR. Taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors.
2.4 Availability:
Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
2.5 Order Acceptance:
Placing an order does not automatically mean acceptance. We may refuse/cancel an order for reasons including stock limitations, incorrect pricing, address verification issues, or suspected fraud.
3) Payments
3.1 Payment Methods:
We accept online payments (UPI/cards/net banking/wallets as available) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where serviceable.
3.2 Prepaid Orders:
Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
3.3 COD Charges (Important):
COD orders include ₹150 extra charges (shipping/COD handling).
This ₹150 charge is non-refundable, including in case of return/cancellation (except where required by applicable law). COD availability depends on PIN code serviceability.
3.4 Secure Payments:
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. Any payment gateway issues are subject to the gateway provider’s policies.
4) Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy:
Shipping rules, timelines, and conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.
4.2 Delivery Timelines:
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, local restrictions, or other factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
4.3 Address & Contact Details:
Customers must provide accurate shipping address and phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delay, non-delivery, or RTO (return to origin).
5) Damaged / Wrong Delivery Claims (Unboxing Video Required)
If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or damaged replacement/exchange item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a 360° unboxing video recorded in one continuous shot clearly showing:
Outer packaging from all sides
Shipping label with AWB/Tracking number clearly visible
Full unboxing process (no cuts/no edits)
Product condition and damage (if any)
Without this video proof, claims may not be accepted. Claim approval is subject to courier partner verification and response.
6) Returns, Refunds & Replacements
6.1 Return Policy:
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Return requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
6.2 Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
6.3 Non-Refundable Charges:
Shipping/handling/COD charges (₹150 on COD orders) are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
6.4 Warranty / Stickers / Condition:
Lamination/warranty stickers must remain intact. Used, altered, physically damaged, or incomplete items may be rejected or may qualify only for partial refund where applicable.
7) User Conduct & Account Security
7.1 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, violate laws, or introduce malware/viruses.
7.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to customer negligence.
8) Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is the property of Spare Mover and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9) Privacy
Your use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spare Mover shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation/handling or unauthorized repairs.
11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
